Construction began in 1901 on what was originally a handsome three-story structure. An article published in the Victoria Advocate noted, “during the height of WWII in 1943 the third floor was damaged by fire, war efforts demanded the community’s full attention so the building was repaired to a two-story structure”.

Building B is single story building built in 1966, approximately 1,887 sq. ft. The building is wood exterior on a slab foundation with composition shingle roof. The interior walls are painted paneling and have VCT tile flooring. This building has 3 offices 12’ x 17’, 17’ x 24’, and 20’ x 24’, a 375 sq. ft. kitchen and a restroom. The HVAC is a 2007, ten-ton split system.

Building C is a single-story masonry building built in 1948 with approximately 1,932 sq. ft. and served as an auditorium and dining hall. This building has a stage and storage, ample windows, the flooring is VCT tile and the ceiling is dropped. The building has three, two-ton, window units installed in 2000.
