Bringing 38 permanently affordable units to the evolving Boulder Junction neighborhood, Ciclo combines retail and residence to create a mixed-use building that meets the needs of the community at large. Through delicate management of various stakeholder requirements, Element Properties’ multifaceted approach unlocked the city’s desire for environmentally friendly and socially conscious development.
