Dreamcatcher Tipis at Yellowstone offers visitors the upscale resort amenities of a hotel and the adventure of camping. The property features four owned acres within walking distance of the Yellowstone River and just a short drive from the only year-round entrance to Yellowstone National Park. There are currently 17 tipis with room to expand in the future. The 22′ tipis are wood and canvas built on concrete foundations, and each comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests. Every tipi offers guests electrical outlets, lighting, heaters, and heated blankets for comfort. A newly expanded bathhouse offers nine private bathrooms, steaming hot rain showers, warm-to-touch heated floors, and high-end fixtures. Guest amenities include high-end furnishings, luxury bedding, bath products & towels, extensive Wi-Fi service, barbeque & picnic areas, game areas, community fire areas, personal gas fire pits & seating around each tipi, and ample parking.

Additionally, facilities include new high-end 4-season specialty tents imported from the Netherlands, with one constructed for the Lobby and Retail Shop and the other designed to host Breakfast. The property also includes a new linen building, storage sheds, and mechanical rooms. The property includes 4 RV units and one “tiny home” located off of the property (with the ability to move it on-site) that serve as complimentary employee housing. The potential to expand is subject to the Buyer’s independent investigation. Currently, the hotel is open seasonally from early May through early October.
