The Titan Innovation Center is a proposed 190,000sf Class A technology center in the Sandia Science & Park. The proposed building will be developed on a build-to-suit basis allowing tenants ultimate flexibility on their space and specifications. The site is zoned NR-BP and will allow for a variety of different tenants, including research and testing, manufacturing, warehousing, and office uses.

The Sandia Science & Technology Park is a 340-acre master planned technology park located at the front door to the Sandia National Labs and Air Force Research Labs. Located 2 minutes from Interstate 40 and 15 minutes from the International Sunport, the park offers a central location within a high-tech ecosystem.
