236 Acres
Crye-Leike Commercial

CRYE-LEIKE COMMERCIAL is pleased to present for sale an extraordinary opportunity for development and acquisition of significant land area - controlling all four quadrants of a major intersection at US Highway 51 North and I-385 in Millington, TN. Approximately 236.4 acres are situated to the west of Highway 51 and on the southeast and northeast corners of Highway 51 and I-385 directly adjacent to the access ramps for I-385. Prime location for a commercial development, power retail center, office park, restaurant or hospitality. These parcels provide excellent traffic exposure and easy access while maximizing a major corner transit point which will serve as the connection for the upcoming high priority Corridor 18 across mid-America.

Conceptual site plan available as a resource for prospective developers.

Millington has seen a surge of commercial growth in recent months most recently evidenced by the completion of a 125,000 square foot power retail center, Shops of Millington Farms, on Highway 51.

In addition to surging commercial activity, Millington is home to the USA Stadium Complex, once the training facility for the USA baseball team and now large sport and event venue, the Navy Support Activity MidSouth, which serves as headquarters for the United States Navy Personnel Command, Navy Recruiting Command, the Navy Manpower Analysis Center, as well as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Finance Center assigning more than 7,500 military, civilian, and contract personnel to base.

PROPOSED: Corridor 18/ I-69 (Connecting at US Highway 51 and I-385)

The Highway 51 North/ I-385 intersection has been approved as the connection for proposed Corridor 18 of Interstate 69.

I-69 is an integral part of High Priority Corridor 18 across mid-America. It currently exists from the Michigan/Canada border to the northeast side of Indianapolis, Indiana. Congress passed legislation to extend the corridor from Indianapolis to the Lower Rio Grande Valley. Throughout its length, I-69 would connect 16 existing Interstate highways crossing Corridor 18 (10 east-west routes and 6 north-south routes). It would link 10 urban areas of more than 50,000 population along the corridor. The proposed project will be built to interstate design standards and will consist of a four-lane divided, access-controlled facility with interchanges at major crossroads. This proposed project is approximately 65 miles in length.
