The Bend at River Ridge Parkway is a 5.2 acre multi-use amenity project with available outparcels located at the major intersection of River Ridge Parkway and Indiana Highway 62 at the 6,000 acre River Ridge Commerce Center in Jeffersonville, IN. Traffic counts on Highway 62 are near 40,000 vehicles per day with that number set to grow higher with every new announcement of businesses entering the River Ridge Commerce Center, which is only 12% developed leaving nearly 5,000 acres left for new projects and businesses. The River Ridge Commerce Center is located in Southern Indiana with easy access to I-265, I-65, I-64 and I-75, as well as, the new East-End Bridge set to open by the end of 2016.
