SARASOTA, Fla. (Dec. 18, 2020) – Ringling and Orange LLC has engaged Ian Black Real Estate to manage leasing for a new Class A office property coming to Sarasota. The 84,600-square-foot property, The Offices at Ringling Plaza, will be the first office building over 30,000 square feet to be built in downtown Sarasota in over 20 years.

“It’s great to be part of this exciting project, which will meet a real need in this market,” said Jag Grewal, CCIM, partner at Ian Black Real Estate. “It’s really tough for office users to find space over 10,000 square feet in downtown Sarasota, let alone the chance to take multiple floors. This property meets that demand, and offers many attractive amenities and features.”
