Lindenberger on West Houston Industrial Leasing

Video - Jeff Lindenberger discusses the issues pertaining to recent leasing activity in a client’s building in the Cole Creek Business Park in West Houston. The building has some tough competition from other institutionally owned properties in the same development. The design of the building also presented some challenges. Billy Gold with CBRE and Michael Hill recently cooperated on the leases for two tenants.
