Bellaire Blvd. is the primary axis of the International District with many new projects focused on the intersection with the West Sam Houston Toll Road. The International District is also broadening its appeal beyond the Asian investors and entrepreneurs to include more main stream business interests who are looking for an energetic business environment. Many investors view real estate very favorably Houston when compared to real estate in other markets around the world.
